Dana Luczak

Attorney

Dana Luczak is a civil litigation attorney who represents individuals and businesses across a wide range of legal matters. Her practice encompasses diverse areas of civil litigation, with a focus on estate planning and probate-related matters. Dana values the relationship-driven nature of her work and takes a thoughtful, client-centered approach to every matter she handles. 

Dana assists individuals and families with estate planning, which includes drafting, reviewing, and updating wills and related estate documents. She confirms that each plan reflects current laws and aligns with each client’s intentions. She counsels clients to ensure they understand which of their assets they can control via a will and which they cannot. By helping clients understand these nuances, Dana works to prevent unintended outcomes and reduce the risk of disputes. She provides practical, tailored guidance aligned with each client’s goals and takes pride in helping Wisconsin families plan confidently for their future. 

Drawing on her estate planning knowledge, Dana represents clients in probate litigation matters. These matters often involve complex family disputes over the assets of a loved one who has died. Dana is a strong, compassionate advocate. She combines a thoughtful, client-centered approach with the ability to assertively protect her clients’ interests when needed. 

In addition to estate-related matters, Dana handles a broad range of civil litigation cases, including disputes arising from home sales and real estate transactions, such as misrepresentations in property condition reports, breaches of contract, unjust enrichment, contractor disputes, property disputes, civil theft, and more. She has experience guiding clients through all stages of the litigation process and has successfully argued motions in both state and federal courts. 

Outside of her legal practice, Dana enjoys physical fitness, cooking, and home improvement projects, as well as spending time with her three daughters and two rambunctious—but lovable—dogs. She also enjoys traveling back to Iowa to spend time with family and lifelong friends. 

Dana earned her J.D. from Marquette University Law School and her B.A. from Iowa State University. She is admitted to practice in Wisconsin and is an active member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Milwaukee Bar Association, and the Association for Women Lawyers.
