Catherine La Fleur
Owner, Attorney and NBTA Certified Civil Trial Specialist
Attorney Catherine La Fleur specializes in civil litigation, family law, alternative dispute resolution and appellate law. La Fleur Law is a certified woman-owned firm through the National Association of Women and Minority Owned Law Firms. She has presented three times at their national seminars on trial-related topics. She is a Board-Certified Civil Trial Specialist by the NBTA. She was an adjunct professor of law at Marquette for twenty years, teaching litigation-related courses. She is a member of National Association of Minority and Women Owned Law Firms (NAMWOLF) and Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). She was the Wisconsin Bar’s Chair of the Litigation Board, served two terms on the Bar’s Board of Governors, and was an elected member of Wisconsin Judicial Council for six years. She also received her mediation training from Harvard Law School’s Program of Instruction for Lawyers.

She represents individuals and families in complex divorce and child custody matters, while also advising musical artists, influencers, and other creatives on contracts and related legal issues.
Michael Pollack

Michael A. Pollack is a highly experienced mediator, arbitrator, and attorney who has spent nearly five decades resolving complex civil disputes through litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Widely regarded as a trusted neutral in sophisticated matters, he was certified as a circuit civil mediator by the Florida Supreme Court in 2009. Michael has also served as a public arbitrator for FINRA, the Better Business Bureau of Wisconsin, and New Era ADR.
Mikayla Collins

Haley Haddad

Haley Haddad is an attorney at La Fleur Law, where she represents clients in civil litigation, appellate law, family law, and related dispute resolution matters across those practice areas. A former law clerk at La Fleur Law, Haley brings a strong familiarity with the firm and its services. During her clerkship, she assisted attorneys in preparing for hearings, mediations and client meetings; conducted legal research; reviewed evidence; and drafted motions and briefs.
Chelsea Molitika

Chelsea has grown up in the family law field and has been working as a legal assistant for the past three years. Prior to that she was living in France for ten years and worked in management positions, recruiting, and other like roles. She is bilingual in French and English and has a passion for helping people.
