Catherine La Fleur recently had the opportunity to present alongside colleague Susan Ingall at “Best Presentation of Evidence at Trial 2026,” hosted by the State Bar of Wisconsin.
The CLE was a great discussion on what it really means to “win the room” in today’s courtroom—where jurors expect information to be clear, visual, and engaging, and where technology can either strengthen or undermine your case. From blending visuals with traditional evidence, to planning for the unexpected and refining presentation through rehearsal, the focus remains the same: making your case easier to understand and more compelling to follow.
Thank you to the State Bar of Wisconsin and everyone who joined us for such a thoughtful conversation!
