Catherine La Fleur and Jada Davis Win Jury Verdict for Client!

At trial, Plaintiffs alleged that our client failed to disclose roof leaks and sought to recover more than $100,000 in roof replacement costs. We presented evidence showing that the roof was a flat rubber roof that required regular maintenance — maintenance the Plaintiffs failed to perform. The Plaintiffs also waived their inspection prior to closing. After deliberating for less than an hour, the jury returned a unanimous verdict in favor of the Defendant, finding that she made no intentional or fraudulent misrepresentation or concealment and was not liable for any damages.
